alright folks, hope everyone has had a great xmas and new year!

what has everyone been up to? I just come back on here to update the crew on something but wondered what projects people are running/building? I mind I used to see a lot of the people on here on the road but now everyone has either traded up or traded out of vags lol.
ive been pee pee farting about with my trusty t4! keeping it on the road, got the t2 mot last year and currenty running the engine in. also bought more rubbish standard parts for the t25 doka and going to make an attempt to build that up this year!!!
hope everyone is well and hopefully see you all soon!

Aye aye Lewis. Was good getting a look at your T4 at the Falkirk meet at the end of last season.

I’ve still got the Blue E46 I was in but it only comes out to play in the summer and I’ve a winter Bora for taking the salt abuse. I have a hankering for another project but I also think I’ll enjoy having a season of not working on cars for once. It seems the last few years have been nothing but cars, that being said I can’t get the Idea of supercharging the e46 out my head.

How do?

Still got the 4 old audis but have a TT roadster and an Ibiza estate for the daily grind. Haven't been to anywhere or meets recently but will try and pop down to one at some point soon.

I remember when this place was jam packed most evenings and the posts were racking up thick and fast now it seems that everyone has better things to do or Facebook is taking up the time that folks allocated to the forum
Can’t wait for biggar this year at least I will have something decent to go in for once

Lewis! hullo, not on FB anymore so not seen what you've been upto!

Just been down to do some work on my golf today, got the engine bay in it's first coat of paint, couple more coats and the KR can go in.
Hopefully get it back on the road this year

Sold my ED30 last week. Spent the last week hunting a replacement for it.

I fancy something huge. So currently looking at A8's (D3).

Been repairing the mk5 this year so far, should get it back on the road tomorrow after it's MOT. I know I say it every year about the mk1, but hoping once the better weather arrives and fingers crossed another job, I should have more time to work on that and contiue with the progress made last year with the wiring, and finally get the scirocco 16v inlet on for an oem look with the KR in there.

Still working on my Corrado G60. The hope is to have it on the road for spring/summer so to get it some meets or shows. However still way behind schedule. I've painted the engine bay, rebuilt my engine, supercharger and front suspension and brakes. Refurbished all the wiring loom. Still got to do some work on the underside, drop the rear axle and petrol tank and either clean or repaint the floor. Then I have to respray the whole car. Need some winter inspiration and motivation.

Lewis, I think gone are the days of popping on here and spending hours reading build threads and what folk have been up to! Social media has all but killed forums but good to see this is still going and folk still use it.

Nothing much changed here, my Mk2 G60 is still sitting as painted shell, two years later! Doesn’t help opening my own place and spending the time building others cars for them!

Ive been living the boring life no toys but recently bought a Mk3 Golf 2.0 Avantgarde Convertible with mega low miles, needing some work after years lying. Hopefully be done in next few weeks but probably not my cup of tea so more than likely will sell it. Having it makes me fancy a mint low mileage VR6 for a Sunday toy though. Love an Edition 30 still but houses and weddings equals not enough money for toys like that yet!

Oh and Ive pimped up my Mrs Citigo with some Black rims as she likes the Monte Carlo look.

how you all doing?
Seems quiet around these parts...

I'm back in a VAG (well kinda) nothing quite as exciting as the orange caddy, but better than the volvo!

I use the Tapatalk app to look at forums that use it, you can easily post pictures from that!
